How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Humansbars Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How Humansbars Garage Doors handled your call or message
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep written notes of what was said.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Humansbars Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@humansbars.lat and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened, and what result you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean we reach out to the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we take.
Still Not Happy?
If you do not agree with our answer, reply and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may be able to help.
